My relationship with meditation has drastically changed over the past few months. Not only do I love to do it each day, I NEED to do it each day. I have found that when I make excuses not to meditate or tell myself that I don't have enough time, those are the days I need it the most. I love using guided meditaions to ease into a relaxed state and give my mind an anchor to refer back to when I observe it wandering.
