honey & nut protein bites
Updated: Aug 15, 2018
Recently I have been making a lot of protein bites because they are quick to make and the perfect snack when I’m on the go! This recipe includes some of my go to products and ingredients. Many of these ingredients, like cashews, almonds, and almond butter, are a staple in my pantry. Not to mention this recipe only takes a few minutes to make and can be stored for up to a week!
For this recipe, I used Mowellens The Keeper’s Stash hemp enhanced honey. It is made with avocado honey and hemp extract… that’s it! The hemp extract has many benefits for your health including lifting your mood, reducing irritability, helping your body cope with stress, and encouraging an overall calm. You can substitute this honey with your favorite, but if you want to give this yummy product a try, grab yours here! I highly recommend.
Give these a try and let me know what you think!
