This Peanut Butter Berry Banana smoothie is one for the books. It is the perfect drink to fill you up with delicious, nutritious ingredients. I love drinking one after work before heading to yoga or as a meal. It is easy, affordable, and delicious… Not to mention sometimes it tastes like a snickers bar!
½ frozen banana (I peel and freeze my own bananas)
¼ cup berries (I like strawberries or blueberries)
2 tablespoons quality peanut butter (I use Justin’s)
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon tocos (optional)
Sprinkle of cinnamon
¾ cups water
Place all ingredients in the blender.
Blend for 2-3 minutes. I put my vitamix on smoothie mode.
Pour into a glass and top with granola!
